So apparently they're off to court this week! According to this article, the case may not play out until next year. Does that mean the status quo will remain and CWH will maintain their obligation to Sigma or will they just do what they want and take their chances in court next year?

Surely if the status quo remains, there is not likely to be any affect on earnings this year and possibly no affect next year. Perhaps we won't see any affect until the 2018/19 financial year. One part of me understands the big sell-off, but another part of me says the market has jumped the gun a little.
