A pity ur not over in the Wild West, would probably bump into each other. Keep doing what ur doing and learn as much as you can.hopefully the industry will stabilize and once reforms are done(can't get much more blood out of these stones) prices (of pharmacies) should once again reflect forward earnings and give you the opportunity to buy in and progress your career that way. good luck and all the best.
