It will end up being Symbion (EBOS) who fund the $300m.

CW may yet prove to be a poison pill for Symbion. CW volumes will end up being up to 50% increase for Symbion distribution centers around the country. It will probably take significant investment to make sure they can handle that increase, and it will be important that service levels don't fall for their existing customers in the process. Remember customers/suppliers have multiple other wholesalers (including Sigma) as options if CSL's fall due to CW.

Sigma on the other hand are spinning this as $300m freed up to go into acquisition mode.. their challenge is going to be finding something to acquire!

(Someone asked if Symbion will have all the products Sigma currently supply to CW. In short, all the PBS lines are covered by all CSO wholesaler so no problem there. For non PBS lines, it wont be a major issue to pick up an gaps)
