I would imagine ebos would shut down any activity with c w, either ongoing or planned if c w did not fulfil any obligation to sig,else they could find themselves in a similar position, Going forward it might be better not to have the c w millstone around sig's neck if, even with sig's streamlined distribution centers ,there is no money to be made from the deal. I seem to recall sig stating negotiations were always pretty tough with c w who I imagine got a better deal each time ?so maybe better to move on ,time will tell.
