Yes ,unbelievable they could not put their ego’s aside and of joined forces with Api ,with luck Api are accumulating shares and will team up with Alan Gray and others to force the board to put it to a shareholder vote . I dont think this is the end of the matter , and think likely that there will be a special div.or such to drag it out longer by temporarily appeasing share /holders.
