re: News: Shaw River dispute resolution and f... Hey guys could you interpret this statement for me..

The settlement agreement reached with the plaintiff was a cash payment by OM (75.5% owned by Shaw River) of US$2 million and a royalty payment due by OM from commercial production equivalent to NAD20 million (approx US$2.4 million)

does that mean SRR will need to pay royaly payments P.A? or just a once off?
