Not sure if you're replying to me but either way...
I think SP will stay at this level for a bit or even lower before heading north, some uncertainly in stock market at the moment and all this talk of property values falling will effect SP, the big drop was back in October so any long term investor buying now will benefit in years to come.
Personally I will top up in weeks to come
