- Says SGA is now in the process of being liquidated
- Liquidation of SGA has delayed audit of financial statements for 6 months to
31 December 2015 and consequently issuance of HY report
- SGO will undertake a rights issue to clear debts and leave the company
essentially debt free
- Estimate of the size of the required rights issue is in the range of $0.5-1.0
million
- SGO's only remaining active business units in Australia is Censeo Pty Ltd"
- Says are in the process of selling censeo to management by way of an MBO
