Instead the reality is the culprits are relaxing on a beach somewhere laughing and every CEO/boardmember when making decisions just does whatever benefits them and their cronies, thinking nothing ever happened to grechie so why would I ever have to answer for my actions. Dispicable, ASIC should be disbanded immiadiatly and a real organisation willing to put those accountable in jail and redistribute there assests put in place.

Ex Dick Smith CEO Nick Aboud is now the CEO of another company. The difference between a private company and a public company is in a private company the owners are the first to know of any problem and in a public company the owners (shareholders) are the very last to know of any problems. The ASX is a scammers paradise and ASIC only encourages cowboy directors to do whatever they wish by doing nothing.
