The class actions are the blue sky for those still holding SGH. The banks will rollover as they can afford pay for this to go away. How much is the million dollar question. With all the experience they gained by having their own near death experience thanks to MB. I reckon there well qualified in the class action space.
I like the idea of special dividends at some point to Braintot.
