Aren't they losing money in the UK? Would like to see how they calculate the 4.5% eps accretion. Still might be good news if the "empire" can take the UK by storm. Otherwise we see a lot of over-reach happening on these step outs, and further resources thrown at the problem don't necessarily help. I'm not sure why they can't focus on Aus? (even CAJ - different industry) was troubled by only jumping from VIC to NSW.
Also I noticed at the half year, they didn't provide the metrics for their fleet size etc. That is a red flag in my experience, as you cannot work out whether they have a long or short term profit strategy without those details.
Anyway - I am certainly not saying sell - just some thoughts. Good luck to holders, and good to see it going up on the news.
