If you are worried about SFR SP you are in the wrong stock buddy. More like $5 by my macro trend estimate. That is where my double down is...
My average in SFR is $6.877 and have had her since early 2017 so I've been up and down with her before... pun intended. - 27.29% in individual SP doesn't faze me its just noise. As long as SFR board and management keeps making the right decisions and my portfolio as a whole is still on a long term positive return of 20% year on year
If you bought in this year you will be well below that percentage well before this downturn is over... SFR owing by it's size, cyclicality of its main product and previous years structure of aggressively paying off debt will have lumpy SP. Current and future SFR owners best to realise that now...
