Do you really believe that? I guess its hard for me as a rational person, who studied Maths, to take seriously people who believe in these sort of correlations and then extrapolate them like so many tea leaves in the bottom of empty cups!
I guess thats one reason Munger is so strong on investors gaining a basic grounding in science and maths, it doenst mean you will always get it right, but it sure helps just getting it plain wrong!
To be honest I have never looked at the volume traded in any company I own part of, or am interested in, it simply doesnt inform me at all in the only thing of interest - the underlying value of the business.
