The best part of the announcement is the reduced AISC AND increased production from initial forecasts.
Very good management here and with strategic investment in small explorers there's hopefully a lot of future upside as drill and exploration results come through. With $99m at bank and outstanding profit levels the capex will easily be met and I'd think that SBM might look to increase exploration activities to shore up reserves at its own tenements and in partnership with other explorers.
