If they sell, Saputo will likely try to take the company private & delist from the stock exchange. (from what I've read)
If MG holds onto it, they'll be holding onto a company with a P/E ratio of 60+.. which is obviously grossly overpriced.
The market will likely correct sharply to reflect WCB's real value. Maybe 10-20 P/E is average for a dairy producer. Saputo is at around 13 P/E
Personally, I can't really see MG holding onto to any stock...
