Not sure what everyone else thinks but this is highly positive. To be able to place that much stock at not to big a discount to the market price after a strong rally is incredible. Usually you see a sell off before such action.
Also to be released from commercial obligations from POSCO is another positive.
Goes to show there is great support for SFR in the investment community
