Some indication of what sort of reward the new CEO will receive in regard to an increased valuation of the company would be helpful. Preferably based on EV and Resources (or NTA?) so that it reflects both effort to improve both the level of market appreciation as well as efforts to increase the underlying value of the company through exploration activity. Pigs might fly, I suspect.
