Teck still within their timelines to accept take out the original IMI terms of $2million cash and the x in the shares.
Teck get bargain and RXL owe both IMI and MZN break costs of about half the cash received and spent the other half on legal costs putting the deals together.
Everyone wins... apart from RXL shareholders... lol
