    Jan 23 (Reuters) - Regeneus Ltd (RGS) :

    • Regeneus receives upfront payment of US$5.5 mln from AGC
    • Is expected to receive a further US$11 mln in specific development and approval milestone payments
    • Upfront payment for exclusive rights to manufacture Progenza under terms of collaboration and licence announced on 29 December 2016
