My other issue is this company is pathetic at marketing. Is there some restriction on advertising these types of procedures?

There is so much potential but nobody knows about this. Try google arthritis pain/ treatment or anything related and literally nothing! No matter how many pages deep I go. It's not even mentioned on any of the numerous government websites.

I tried to search all avenues as if I was a sufferer and I came up with sweet FA.

The break through is no good without customers. A little marketing I think would see procedures sky rocket.

Am i wrong in thinking this should parallel something like the hair transplant industry. Great marketing, treatment centres and a thriving business that as a result can't keep up with demand?

Everyone knows about these and I would think joint pain, injury, athritis etc... Would be common and could serviced in a similar fashion.
