I Doubt the retail offering will be getting any action at these levels...
RGS should have called this a month or two ago until waiting till the blatantly obvious at these prices.
RGS was my 'solid' biotech so much has changed. In hindsight - I bought too high I have burnt 50% I may as well sell now I don't want to loose another 25%.
