The complete quote from Aminex statement to me is not quite as promising as just the 1st bit.

"Gas commercialisation terms have now been agreed in principle with the Tanzanian authorities and are likely to be finalised early in 2010 while approval for plant upgrading to handle Kiliwani North gas is still awaited. Kiliwani North is still held under an appraisal licence and when appraisal is complete a development licence will be applied for."

There may be different interpretations of the 3 bits of info in the announcement but it tells me that KN1 gas sales are still a long way off. although maybe getting closer
