    $2.80 now, I think it will hit $2.50 in a new months, maybe sooner that will be the time to load up.
    Ive looked at the divvy history and noticed if the full yr divvy is only 14c, that will be the lowest dividend payout in over 10yrs, even in 2007 RCT managed to pay like 24c in dividends.
    I really hope you are right that in 2018 they will increase their dividend pay, up over 20c again.
