HJ, I don't read the legal documentation in a way that agrees with you but since the BF deal is supposed to lapse on Feb 18th, we should both know fairly soon in any event. Certainly BF's right of matching or making a superior bid under the agreement terminated on the 14th of Feb, according to an AIO announcement, but I suppose that a "new" superior bid would still have to be considered by the AIO Board whether it comes before or after Feb 18th. We shall see. Cheers.
