I disagree. Brookefield will come back with a cash bid. The $88million will simply be rolled into the bid.
Their hands are legally tied until the current bid is thrown in the bin.
More importantly, they have 20% of the company. They don't want Qub script, which is what they will get if Qube is successful.Neither do I.
