At the current price the stock is on an EBITDA multiple of 4.4X. Deep value but patience is required as few people know the stock – you are buying exceptional management, Barclay Nettlefold is probably best advertising guy in Australia (he personally owns over 14% of QMS)
It makes sense for Nine to take over this stock once Fairfax is bedded down.
