I finally figured out some oddities in the annual report - the company earned $2.5 million interest income. Anyone know what this relates to? I think their finance expenses is what is causing people to stay away now - if they make efforts to repay, their numbers will look a lot better.
Company keeps talking about EBITDA, but it's the ballooning interest expense that is quite alarming.
Funny these things are so hard to spot.. but the effect of the interest costs is hidden in the annual report by an offsetting $2.5 million interest income. Whatever that relates to. Hopefully that $2.5 million isn't a one off and will recur, otherwise our NPAT will be (and has been) going backwards.
