Maybe there was some hope for a takeover still built into the share price. The trouble is volume is just too low at the moment, there is very little interest in this stock, hence I suppose not on ASX 300.
Market will ultimately find some efficiency. If things don't change, someone will takeover at 1.30+ I reckon, though I suspect the major owners will want a lot more. In the meantime, it's not a bad dividend
