You would most likely make money betting on QFX coming out of a trading halt as its paltry excuse for performance criteria and more ways for directors to pay themselves more money.

I suspect most of the so called performance criteria is locked and loaded as well.

Pay yourself 250 a year, pretty much brake the company, destroy and burn shareholder wealth, lock in a job for life with preference share deals then load up a heap of performance criteria that is most likely already a done deal. And I suspect it all legal too.

I've got to get out of doing work and get a director gig Hahaha. Far more profitable. Hahahha. So so tragic you have to laugh.
