It will be interesting to see the announcement and the subsequent market action.For some it may be a chance to sell out or at least part of their holdings as there has not been a chance to ...so to some patience is about to be rewarded if the announcement is positive.
If the announcement is positive as seems likely perhaps the greater part of its value is the confidence it will bring to all the trials and give confidence to the phase 1/2b AML trial which all the market is looking at.The US market has become very well informed through the roadshows of PTX and it wont be lost on the investors in the US.
The Red Chip report on the 30 March 2016 did a peer comparison and it can be misleading as no two companies are the same but as reported;

Currently RNN is 64c(32) and has a MC of $151.96 million(69.2) and CRIS is $2.77(1.49) and has a MC of $393.03 million(192.2).Both these companies have a buy/strong buy out on them...RNN target price of $2.50 and CRIS $ 6.67.
I mention this so everyone can weigh up any investment decision that they make.It could be that a broker in the US puts out a recommendation on PTX well after the announcement...PTS is only valued at $20 million...so it seems to me grossly undervalued if the announcement is positive
