I posted this a week or so ago.

Seven West Media through Network Investments Pty Limited own 11.38% of PRT. This stake ensures that it can block any bid to compulsorily acquire all of the remaining shares in a PRT takeover, should it ever occur.


This means Seven West Media has a blocking stake and can dictate who ultimately acquires PRT.

If I were Kerry Stokes I would be talking down the possibility of any takeover offer otherwise expectations on price get out of control.

I say our patience will be well rewarded over the medium term.
