As to my Opinion I'd attest "Yes, No, Maybe".
Basically you have a Point.
No question.
But in very, very New Things, Tech,
there's mostly kinda "trial/pilot"-Phase.
Where you much, much "experiment".
And in THESE Phase a big Output isn't often overly meaningful.
So, atm I don't know more detailed What Their Plans are,
going forward,
but I wouldn't necessarily agree with That Point.
