If PGR made $5m in this retail environment, they have done well. I am not trying to spin gold from disaster, we are reading of retailer bankruptcies almost daily.
No debt. so prudent finances. The cost of new franchises/licences are now much lower, should PGR wish to buy. PGR may well surprise us all. Might even pay a dividend.
