There is a constructive information gathering team of posters here which is really pleasing. 

My only addition to recent comments here is that we keep in mind our board & MD's evolving style of being more conservative in their comments. IMO, the company presents as continuing to make SOLID and incremental growth steps INTERNALLY & EXTERNALLY, across all regions of the globe & growing pains seem to be well managed also. I suspect alot of detail about so many possibilities in progress and eventualities are unannounceable at this stage, so patience & perspective needed but feels like our growth is on a strong footing, every step forward. There is an unfolding growing picture taking place in the background which is eventually going to be fully revealed & my feeling is a good one... DYOR
