    Looks like they didn't settle at the mediation...

    BY CONSENT THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
    1. The directions hearing scheduled for 9.45 am on 17 May 2016 be vacated.
    2. The matter be tentatively set down for a penalty hearing at 10.15 am on 28 July 2016.
    3. There be liberty to apply on 2 days’ notice.
    4. Costs be in the cause.
