- Share placement (PDY)
- Has executed a share subscription agreement with du yong yi to subscribe for 200 million ordinary shares in pdy at $0.01 per share
- Says share subscription agreement is irrevocable and binding
- Securities will be issued using the company's existing 15% placement capacity so that shareholder approval will not be sought for the issue
