For me its more the intent this communicates with the market about PDN plan now with Cameco shutting down etc. Secure resources. Take advantage of the bottom of the market as the tide is turning. This is a small step but a huge endorsement for uranium market.
In the ASX space it’s important to not underestimate the impact PDN can have from a sentiment perspective.
