I can accept 33% dilution in return for significant upside of potential success which has now been given every chance to occur
The backslide in sp should now be over with official backing of big pharma which prana has never had before . I'd say a revalue is the likely outcome on NASDAQ.
I hope for the sake of those suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, that this agreement with big pharma ends up a happy story.
For me, it would take an SP of A$0.40 to break even, and I don't see that happening any time soon with a 33% dilution. And then there's the possibility of a 10 for 1 consolidation which one of my other holdings did, so there was I with 10% of my original holding and still the share price refused to budge. Luckily, I only had A$3K in that one. Not saying Prana will do a consolidation, just saying it's happened to me in the past.
