Well the PAC Annual Reports over the last few years have been a bit of a dogs breakfast with several re-writes. I would not have liked to try to sort the merger/takeover arrangements - just as many legal issues as accounting issues. Perhaps Joe is wearing some of this, likewise maybe Mike Fitzpatrick.
