Geezer, although I am new here, you should take some of the constructive criticism from others and try to learn something here. They may be a little harsh, but the message is clear.

The grades were not good, and it was obvious you failed to understand that. When you called the MD, did you expect him to say anything negative at all? Not just for now, but doing a little research will save you alot of money in the future.
