news out insto cap raise n prospectus, page-6

Yes i read it at work todya, scanned more then read. My understanding is that it is a prospetuc aimed at anyone. So anyone not just holders can invest, and 233 mill shares are available tor raise 14mill, The insto have 6 mill aready and that gives them 27% ownership, So all is good it will not go below 6c now was 5c b4...
So 330 mill shares sold @ 6c, come online in Julyish...
Price held up well today, must admit my sell was at 8.8 and it got missed by a dump at open, but someone was keen for 2 mill worth...
They say 2 mill profit and 8 mill following.
Price may dribble next week, though currnet holders are not keen to sell it down. We will see..
