Orion Health (ASX:OHE, NZX:OHE) has secured two new strategic deals in Vietnam, building its market presence in South East Asia.
It will provide its enterprise software solution to Vinmec International Hospital, a premium healthcare provider headquartered in Hanoi.
The company has also signed a strategic partnership with VIT Corporation to improve hospital efficiency and enhance the quality of healthcare across several Vietnamese provinces.
With Vinmec, the company’s software will improve the delivery and quality of care by implementing a single, integrated multi-site interface that will enable a single view of the patient record across all of their sites.
Initially this technology will be deployed in Vinmec Hanoi, Vinmec Phu Quoc, Vinmec Central Park and in two clinics; Vinmec Royal City, Vinmec Saigon.
This deployment will be closely followed by a further six sites - supporting the group’s bid for accreditation by the Joint Commission International (JCI) recognising their commitment to safety and quality.
Orion’s partnership with VIT Corporation will help strengthen its market presence and provide a number of additional relationships and opportunities that would have taken the company years to generate on its own.
The two companies have confirmed the pilot delivery of eHealth solutions to hospitals in the public sector will begin in Khanh Hoa province, with this partnership expected to expand across Vietnam in the coming years.
