    if they would like to start with construction they need to have a few Dollars i guess. For me their is no other way than having a funding in hand.

    Moreover they updated their webside with the new time line. "Start with construction first quarter 2008"

    If this is true we will hear o lot soon !

    I would like to be on board before the upmove starts !!

    Unfortunately it is only my opinion !!
