Unfortunately this is all familiar pattern with these penny stocks with management really out of their depth even if the underlying asset has potential. There is a tendency to create fanciful stories of the capability of the venture and because of the small market cap the regulator does not really give a damn about these anomalies.
I think BH has been spot on with the analysis of OEX and mangement that needs to be fired. If there was really positive progression this would be reflected in a higher share price and raising at a higher figure. It is amazing they can continue to raise money with this sort of behaviour.
