I have sometimes contemplated doing that setting up a publicly listed company and paying myself a cool quarter million dollars and doing bugger all and asking holders to contribute more money without anything in return. So many penny dreadfuls are doing that to holders with the regulator turning a blind eye to this dubious behaviour.

I thought when we have a SPP we often get a pumping in the price before the dump. It looks like the dump has started early which maybe more about sentiment about what could go wrong in the next 7 days!
