Time will tell if they need to capital raise. ... But they have just changed all their brokers. A sell down of Cambay is possible - but tough in current climate. If they do raise and the price dips (I agree with you this share can fly if this development takes off ) I think it's good timing to increase your position.... 4 to 5c would be good for me.
