The last placement was not well supported by shareholders so I really do not know whether current holders have confidence in OEX to give them more money. Even with the advanced stage they are at compared to the share price last year unless you have in depth knowledge of the oil/gas sector the last announcement was rather complex reading.

IMO that is why we are trading at a discount because of this communication problem to novice investors by management. Ron has said in the past their background is engineering and they say it as it is which has led to some confusion in the market. So until a major investor shows confidence in OEX by a substantial capital injection because they know what the results mean the smaller investors are going to take a cautious approach before following their lead. However I agree the timing is right for a punt if you believe they are close to "cracking that code" at Cambay.
