    for an explorer next to TON mcap = $98m

    would you pay more than TON ?? ?
    67 to1 consolidation means ..
    2.4c x 67 = $1.70+

    you are paying $1.70 for any shares bought today at 2.4c ..pre consolidation
    mcap = 3m ..
    $ 2m debt
    no cash
