i see the desperation of chief executive Mick Wilkes going directly to the phillipines and only getting dialogue which it terms as constructive is not a really reassuring situation

" discussions with government officials including Sec. Lopez have been constructive and the Company will continue to engage with all stakeholders"

the sorts of things I would want to see if I had a massive stake in OGC would be reassurances not from the company, but from the very country that is indicating time and again its clear intentions with oceana

imho without any sign of a Government release indicating total bipartisan support for OGC, there is no real change in the complete loss of control oceana has in the phillipines and that would say to me the risk envelope did not ease off any at all.. it is just as high as it was before... complete uncertainty with no government statements indicating otherwise..

any larger stakeholders in OGC would now be looking at what sort of risk they have here and assessing if it fits in their investment mandate...

    not good at all imho
