Can someone explain why the Directors are not buying, other than the obvious, that they no longer have faith in the company?
For the factually challenged, or those new in the last couple of years, in the Newsletter released to the market in August 2010 (http://nusep.com/user_files/1313542475_NuSep%20Newsletter%204pponline.pdf), it was stated "Further, the Directors strongly believe in the future of NuSep and have shown their support by actively buying shares on market".
As I see it, there could be 2 possibilities;
1) Do the directors no longer "strongly believe in the future of NuSep"?
2) Did they buy in July-August 2011, as is highlighted at http://www.nusepboardreform.info/purchasesdetail.html#SPOTrades, in contravention of the law? Was this buying just used to coerce shareholders to put more money in to support the salaries/bonuses of the few?
Can someone explain why the Directors are not buying, other than...
